Northern Education Trust (NET) is a charitable education Trust with an improving track record for school improvement. The Trust sponsors 19 academies; 10 secondary and 9 primaries across the North of England in ten Local Authority regions.

The Business Manager will provide overall strategic leadership and management at an academy level of all aspects of administration, HR, operations support and contract management. The post holder will lead all Academy support staff and provide leadership, management and performance reviews. They will maintain a strong relationship with the Academy’s Accountant.

The successful candidate will be a member of the Academy Senior Leadership Team. They will also receive strategic support, direction and development from the Trust’s Chief Operating and Financial Officer. You will have a solid background in leading, appraising and motivating colleagues and developing strategies to improve the support services of a school and ultimately outcomes of students.
