We are seeking an outstanding Business Manager to provide strong strategic financial and operational leadership and be proactive in contributing to the direction of the school through the school’s vision and values.
The Business Manager is a vital role on the Senior Leadership Team and is a key player in the smooth running of the school. They will report to the Headmistress and will also support the Local Governing Body and interact with the Executives and central office functions of United Learning. You will have direct responsibility for the financial and day to day operational management of our school and will take the lead on matters relating to finance, estates, health and safety, HR and legal and regulatory compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral role in developing the school and enhancing its operational and physical infrastructure.
The successful candidate must be an experienced business leader with strong financial management and commercial acumen experience. They must be an innovative, forward thinking and personable leader, offering a strong track record of successful operational leadership and management experience as well as excellent strategic, change management and communication skills. As the Business Manager, you will have a strong personal ethos of service to others and a commitment to developing people. A genuine willingness to embrace our school vision and values and to be fully involved in school life is essential.
