THE PINGLE ACADEMY  BUSINESS MANAGER (Q10) 

The Pingle Academy lies at the heart of the National Forest area and provides for students in Key Stage 3, 4 and 5. We benefit from a wide range of specialist facilities, which include extensive provision for sports, a well-equipped Performing Arts Centre, a Learning Support Base, two Autism Resource centres and a purpose built Sixth Form Centre.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, qualified and experienced Business Manager.  You will be forward thinking and innovative and, as part of the Leadership Team, will work closely with the Principal. 

You will have a strong financial background with previous successful experience of planning and delivering budgets and managing projects and people.  You will take a strategic lead in the day-to-day management of the effective and efficient operations of the financial, human resource, health and safety, ICT, and premises functions of the Academy.

The salary is full time for 52 weeks per year and will be paid on Grade 10 (range £35,444 to £39,177). The working hours will be 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 3:30pm on Friday.

The Pingle Academy is an 11-19 co-educational, comprehensive school, became an academy in May 2017 and joined The de Ferrers Trust. Our over subscribed academy is the academy of choice in the local area and enjoys an excellent local reputation.
