We are currently seeking a talented and committed Business Studies Teacher to join our Mokotów team. The successful candidate will teach across IGCSE, A-Level, and the IB Diploma Programme, nurturing students’ understanding of economics, enterprise, and international markets in a global context.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Business lessons for KS4 and KS5 (IGCSE, A-Level, IB DP)
- Prepare students for external examinations with a focus on real-world application and analytical thinking
- Encourage independent learning, debate, and entrepreneurial thinking in students
- Differentiate instruction for varied learner needs, including EAL students
- Monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, and maintain assessment records
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curricular consistency and high standards
- (If HoD) Lead curriculum development, mentor departmental staff, and manage internal moderation and planning
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, SCITT, or equivalent)
- Experience teaching Business Studies at IGCSE and A-Level or IB Diploma level
- Deep understanding of international curriculum standards and business education practices
- Excellent spoken and written English (C2 level or IELTS 8.5)
- A commitment to safeguarding and to the school’s values and international ethos
Desirable:
- Experience working in an international school setting
- Familiarity with IB Business Management and Cambridge Business Studies frameworks
- Experience with enterprise projects or extracurricular business clubs
- Previous departmental leadership (for HoD consideration)
- Experience supporting EAL learners
- Due to the current time and travel restrictions required during the immigration process in Poland, candidates with EU citizenship permanent residency or passports are highly desirable.
