We are looking to appoint an outstanding candidate with experience of business support administration to this diverse and rewarding role.

The successful candidate will work closely with the School’s Business Manager and should have a breadth of knowledge and expertise across a range of areas. We're looking for someone with good interpersonal skills who can establish and maintain effective working relationships across our school and within the NHS Trusts within which we work. You will demonstrate a can-do attitude and an ability to problem solve and will be able to deliver high quality, accurate and timely work with minimum supervision.

 

You will have experience of financial processes and administration as well as the ability to be trained to use our school's financial systems (FMS), bespoke administrative systems and online systems such as Google Drive. The ability to prioritise, plan and organise your work is essential.

 

Key aspects of this varied role will include:

●     School HR administration & record keeping

●     Financial processing

●     Coordinating school HR & training requirements within the NHS

●     Supporting the wider school team in development projects

●     Working within professional networks including NHS, Camden & National Hospital Schools
