Term Time Only Plus 3 Days – 37 hours per week

We are now looking to appoint to our business support function an efficient, enthusiastic and passionate receptionist.  You will be joining the school’s business/admin team and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.   Providing a welcoming, efficient, safe, and secure environment and acting as first point of contact for pupils, visitors, and staff as well as assisting with general admin support to a wide range of staff, your role is key.

In this front of house role you will need to use your multi-tasking and prioritisation skills to carry out a demanding workload whilst ensuring the reception area is well presented and welcoming at all times.

Essential qualities for all applicants include amongst other things:

• A professional yet welcoming and friendly persona

• Exceptional communication skills being able to communicate effectively with children/young people, parents visitors and school staff.

• Able to deliver a high standard of customer service.

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Have excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Willingness to undertake first aid training
