The Business department at South Staffordshire College require a Full Time Teacher to deliver and assess our ILM qualifications up to Level 5.

This is a great opportunity for an inspirational and ambitious teacher with previous experience of teaching on ILM courses and having been in a managerial position, to support this pathway as part of our dedicated and committed team.  You will need to deliver a range of Units which will include the core subjects plus Finance and Law units. This role will include the assessment and tracking of an apprenticeship pathway on the qualification. The successful applicant will have current occupational and assessing experience of working within the business sector.  They will have an understanding of the apprenticeship framework, a good knowledge of the new Apprenticeship standards and have the ability to deliver all aspects, including functional skills.

The successful applicant will have a degree in Business, a full teaching qualification (PGCE or DTTLS), an A1 or equivalent Assessors award,  together with significant experience of teaching on ILM courses and experience with the quality and marking practices.  You must have the ability and experience to teach at Level 5 and above.

This position will include delivery on and off site, so a clean driving license and willingness to travel is essential.
