THE ROLE:

We are looking for someone who:   

• Is an outstanding teacher, committed to inquiry-led learning, and passionate about IB education and teaching.
• Is collaborative and will contribute to an ethos of teamwork and high standards 
• A degree in Business or a business-related field and a qualified teacher status.
• Proven experience teaching Business at the high school level; experience with BTEC Business and/or DP Business Management is highly desirable.
• Strong passion for teaching, business, and vocational learning.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity skills to work effectively in a diverse, international environment.
• Has a willingness to innovate
• Can easily and positively adapt to a fast-phase environment

Job Purpose

a) To carry out the professional duties of a teacher following the school's policies and procedures to provide high-quality teaching and assessment, that leads to improved standards of learning, engagement, and achievement for all students.

b) To inspire and empower students by fostering a global mindset and critical thinking skills through the delivery of Level 3 BTEC Diploma Business and IBDP Business Management courses.

c) To recognize the Spark of Genius in every child and endeavor to follow the Dwight vision, mission, and pillars in every aspect of the role.
