Job overview

CAFÉ SUPERVISOR required from January 2018 to manage the Sixth Form Café “Father Dan’s”. As part of our Catering Team this individual needs to be highly organised, able to self-manage, and have a warm and welcoming personality. Responsibilities include;

- Preparing, cooking and serving meals, hot beverages and snacks in the café

- Following and maintaining food standards in line with current UK guidelines

- Assist with special functions within the school

- Attend meetings and training courses as required

Previous experience within a café, counter service restaurant or school catering would be beneficial. Applicants must be enthusiastic and a strong team player. Actual salary £14,113, 37 hours pw (8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 3.30pm on Fridays), term-time only . Benefits include workplace pension, training opportunities, 4.8 weeks paid holiday.
