Come and join our friendly and busy reception team, where you will be a first point of contact for all learners, staff and public enquiries to the college.

Calm and professional in your approach, you will deliver an effective and responsive front line service, supporting the delivery of quality customer service to all internal and external customers and to achieve service performance targets.

You will have proven reception experience and excellent interpersonal skills, in addition to being flexible, enthusiastic and methodical in your approach to working practices. You will also be able to work under pressure and have demonstrable IT and strong administration skills.
