Description St Joseph's High School is seeking a temporary Canteen Co Supervisor for 30 hours per week .

Position Requirements • Knowledge of Healthy Canteens strategies and Food Safety Standards


• Ability to provide a safe, nutritious and viable food service


• Ability to work collaboratively with volunteers and create rosters


• Experience in food service operations such as ordering, purchasing, stock control, storage and wastage


• Ability to efficiently manage financial activities like budgets, pricing costing and banking procedures


• Ability to work cooperatively with school executive, volunteers and relevant committees


• High level of communication and interpersonal skills in relating to primary school aged students, parents and teachers
Essential Criteria • Food Supervisor Certificate or undertaking to complete the course within 2 years of employment.

• Paid Working With Children Check (WWCC);
Desirable Criteria • Compliance with the CSO Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead 2018 - formerly the Faith Education Accreditation (FEA) Policy 2012;

• Current Accreditation at Category A – Accreditation to Work or working towards this accreditation.
