Job overview

We are looking to recruit a confident and capable administrator to provide support to the care centre and Senior School Individual Needs (IN) department by coordinating the administration processes of both.

Applicants should be comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment and have excellent IT, administration and interpersonal skills. We welcome applications from a range of backgrounds, although previous experience of working in a school is an advantage. 

Due to the confidential nature of the work, this role requires complete discretion and sensitivity.

Working 36 weeks of the year, this role will provide administrative support during term time and one additional week at the end of the summer holidays. Attendance on INSET days is also expected. The working hours will be 27.5 per week, Monday to Friday (9am to 3pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunchbreak).

About Claremont Fan Court School

We are a co-educational School, for children from 2½ to 18 years, situated just outside Esher, Surrey. The School is set in the historic landscaped grounds of the Claremont Estate.
