William Morris Sixth Form, situated in Hammersmith, was established as the country’s first 16-19 comprehensive school. We offer 850 students from West London and beyond an exciting range of academic and vocational courses from foundation learning through to advanced level. WMSF is an over-subscribed, vibrant, inner-city learning community which has the individual student at the heart of everything it does.
You will plan and co-ordinate the delivery of careers-related activities, providing information, advice and guidance and manage and implement the work placement programme, including leading on the introduction of T Levels.
You will also support students with the application process for apprenticeships, internships, work experience and other non-university options and provide information relating to student destinations.
You will have an understanding of the needs of students, including SEN students and those from disadvantaged backgrounds, and the ability to meet these needs in group work or through individual guidance together with the ability to produce appropriate materials for delivery within the tutorial programme.
You will be hard working with exceptional organisational, time management and communication skills and be able to inspire young people.
