Endeavour Academy Bexley provide education, and support and guidance for pupils in Bexley and beyond whose needs are not best met in a mainstream school.  We work closely with local stakeholders including primary and secondary schools in Bexley and the Local Authority as well as a wide range of support agencies to ensure that we can deliver the best education, interventions and opportunities for our pupils.  Our aspirations are high for all of our children and young people and we believe in inclusion in the widest sense.  Our ethos is of engagement and positive participation, a message we communicate to pupils, our staff and our stakeholders. Welcome to Endeavour Academy Bexley. As a secondary school, our students enjoy a full curriculum, which mirrors mainstream provisions. Although small, we want our students to have the same opportunities as a mainstream school and we pride ourselves on our curriculum offer.

Our students have a range of learning needs but we aim to instil the desire to learn and make progress and the belief that they can aim high and are able to achieve their goals.

We provide strong pastoral care and have excellent links with a wide range of external agencies. Our students and their families are encouraged to talk to us and we try to provide a warm friendly supportive environment in which they can confidently engage.

We set high expectations for our students and ask our families to support in helping them achieve and maintain these. We value and genuinely care for all of our students and take great pleasure in all of their successes and achievements.
