Salary: Grade 7 £28,734 (point 21) to £31,877 (point 25) per annum - actual salary to reflect term time working (starting point will be dependent on experience and a discretionary payment may be available for an exceptional candidate)
35 hours per week, term time only plus 5 weeks (i.e. 43 weeks per academic year)
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate to plan, implement and deliver a professional careers guidance service to improve our pupils’ skills, knowledge and understanding for career planning and prepare them for their choices and transitions in education, training and employment.
What we’re looking for
Suitable candidates will be educated to at least A level standard and will have proven ability in a similar role, possessing significant admin experience and strong interpersonal skills. Previous experience of working within a school environment would be a distinct advantage, along with knowledge and experience of the UCAS process.

Manchester Health Academy opened in September 2009 and is sponsored by Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. In September 2010 the Academy moved into a £20 million state-of-the-art building and to accommodate a growing student population we have recently completed a further £10 million expansion project.
