Careers Leader Part time / Permanent Post

22.5 hours per week , 3 days a week

40 weeks per year (term time plus two weeks)

Start date – April 2021

Grade 5 Points 12 - 17 (FTE £22,183 - £24,491 per annum)

Actual salary £11,848.72 - £13,081.50 per annum - depending on experience

There may also be an additional opportunity for the successful candidate, to collaborate with  another local CET school for the other two days a week. 

Grading and Salary will be based in accordance with our Pay Policy, linked to Performance

We require an outstanding individual to work with young people to raise their aspirations and work with the school to achieve and implement the Gatsby benchmarks. The School has a good careers programme in place and is part of the Enterprise network in Northamptonshire and has its own dedicated Enterprise Adviser
