Job overview
We are seeking to appoint two exceptional Carer/Teaching Assistants to join our current team to support the learning of a student on a 1 to 1 basis. These posts are temporary for one year and are linked to funding for a specific student. You will be working closely with class teachers to ensure that the student makes the best possible progress by removing barriers to learning.
We believe that all support staff within our Family of Schools are key posts in terms of securing student success and achievement across a broad range of subjects and experiences. As such we are keen to recruit dedicated and ambitious individuals who will add value to our Academy in both academic terms and through involvement in the fabric of learning and success beyond the classroom.
Full training based on the needs of the student will be provided.
