Full Time or Part Time From £16,196 PA, including Fringe, dependent on experience and qualifications.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic caretaker to join our caretaking team. To provide efficient, effective caretaking support, ensuring the security and appearance of the buildings and site is maintained. Undertake new developments in school that may require skills such as woodwork, plumbing, decorating and maintenance tasks. Certifications in these areas is beneficial, but the willingness to gain additional qualifications is also desirable. Educating 1200 students, The Bishop’s Stortford High School provides a single-sex education for boys in Years 7 to 11 and has a large, thriving co-educational sixth form, with over one hundred girls on roll. Last year our students achieved 84% 5 A*-C (Inc. English & Maths) at GCSE and 55% A*-B at A-Level.
