This is an amazing opportunity to join one of the largest academies in the UK.
The Nottingham Academy is one of only a handful of all-through 3-19 schools in the country with its own nursery, primary, secondary and sixth form provision with a capacity for 3,600 pupils.
You will be given the exceptional opportunity to contribute to the academies growth as well as any training, development and support needed throughout your employment. We are looking for someone who shares our values of providing a first class learning environment to ALL children despite their background!
You will play an integral part of the site team and assist in ensuring that the environment (inside and out) is safe, well maintained and meets Health and Safety requirements. Duties will include premises management, maintenance, liaising with contractors and ensuring the security of the buildings and site.
About you
You will have:
- a friendly and helpful manner
- the ability to work well under pressure
- practical high quality D.I.Y skills
- good understanding of Health and Safety
- excellent customer services skills
- an ability to work flexibly to meet academy demands.
You will have a flexible approach to working hours and an interest in maintenance would be advantageous.
