Hours/Contract: Full-time, Permanent Position: 37 hours per week split between 2 Schools, 52.14 weeks per year

The Role:  We are looking to recruit a Caretaker to work over two Schools – Drake Primary Academy and Morice Town Primary Academy. You will be responsible for the general security of the School premises and assist with the maintenance of the premises, machinery and plant equipment.

The Person: You must be flexible in your approach to working conditions, well organised and able to complete statutory, weekly, monthly and annual checks.

Drake Primary is a successful, highly regarded single form entry primary academy with a PAN of 210. The academy was built in the 1950s but it has been modernised in recent years. The academy is very popular and often oversubscribed for the September foundation intake. The Academy was inspected in July 2015 and received a good grade overall. Behaviour and safety were areas of particular strength and this reflects the strong emphasis placed on the children’s social and emotional development in our calm, caring environment.

Reach South is a young and developing Trust which operates across the South West of England with the aim of delivering all through 3-19 education.
