Haberdashers' Abraham Darby is looking to appoint a self-motivated and enthusiastic person with strong maintenance abilities to assist and support the Facilities Manager and existing premises team in the delivery of quality site service and maintenance for the whole Academy site in order to provide a safe, efficient and effective learning and working environment for pupils and staff.

This permanent, full-time (52.14 weeks) post is for 37 hours per week (covering morning and afternoon shifts) and we are looking to appoint someone to start as soon as possible. The salary is £18,208.37 per annum.
Haberdashers' Abraham Darby is an 11-18 mixed school which opened in 2008. We are part of the Haberdashers' Adams’ Federation linked with Haberdashers’ Adams in Newport. We are located within a short distance from the picturesque River Severn and Ironbridge Gorge, not far from Telford and Shrewsbury, with good motorway links to both the M6 and M54. Moving into a new state of the art, technology rich building in July 2012, our facilities and working environment for both pupils and staff are excellent.
