Caretaker/Site Manager

We seek a committed, enthusiastic caretaker/site manager to join our friendly team. We are looking for someone who will take pride in our recently refurbished school, taking the initiative for its maintenance, cleaning and repairs. Main duties will include; maintenance, cleaning, keyholding and security responsibilities, together with skills to perform handyperson duties. You will also be required to accurately complete health and safety records.

A willingness to take the initiative is essential.

Hours: 30 per week, 7.30am - 11.30am and 3.30pm – 5.30pm.
