Royal Russell School is a co-educational school with over 1000 students and 300 staff in South Croydon. This role will join a team of 3 staff within the Estates Department who provide a caretaking and security support service to all School buildings including boarding houses, classrooms, nursery, offices, refectory and other public space and grounds. You will carry out minor repairs, assist with the setting up of rooms for meetings, exams and external functions, transport laundry, post and parcels around the site and support the effective running of the School.

You will be hard working, reliable, organised and self-motivated with high standards of customer care. Previous experience in a similar environment would be beneficial, but a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to pitch in are most important.

We offer some excellent benefits which include a 50% discount on School fees, immediate non-contributory pension and free life cover, 30 days paid holiday plus bank/public holidays, free car parking, free lunch and the use of our strength and conditioning room, on-site tennis courts and swimming pool.
