£5.90 - £7.83 per hour (depending on age)

You will be an energetic and reliable causal animal technician, assisting in the efficient operation of the Animal Management facilities. You will also ensure a high standard of animal welfare.
Duties will include the general husbandry of a wide variety of species including rodents, reptiles, primates and other small mammals and will involve working at both Riseholme and Bishop Burton campuses. This position is a fixed term contract and will involve weekend and Bank holiday working.
You must hold a Level 3 Animal Care qualification, or equivalent, or working towards this. You will also have good knowledge of general animal husbandry with previous experience within an animal establishment.
