Catering Assistant & MTA Assistant

CATERING ASSISTANT & MEAL TIME ASSISTANT 

Total of 17.5 hours per week term time only

GRADE A (£9.00 per hour)

AT LAPFORD  COMMUNITY PRIMARY SCHOOL 

WITH FLEXIBILITY TO WORK ACROSS ANY OF THE TRUST’S OTHER SCHOOLS

Catering Assistant – 12.5 hpw x 39 wpa  This permanent post will be based at Lapford Primary School with flexibility required to work across any of Chulmleigh Academy Trust’s other schools.  The role includes serving meals, washing up, preparing and cleaning the dining area.  Training in food and hygiene would be an advantage but training can be given if a Food Hygiene Certificate is not held.  

Meal Time Assistant – 5 hpw x 39 wpa  This permanent post will be based at Lapford Primary School with flexibility required to work across any of Chulmleigh Academy Trust’s other schools.  The role includes supervising the children while they eat their lunch and leading/engaging them in play activities.   

Both roles are available from 28 October 2019 so early availability would be an advantage.
