Job overview

The role of the Assistant Catering Manager is to work as part of the team and contribute to the achievement of its objectives, providing an effective and efficient catering service. Reporting to the Catering Manager, the appointee will provide a high quality and flexible customer focused catering service across the academy. This includes preparing and servicing food, shared responsibility for cashier duties and maintaining the associated catering area in accordance with the food hygiene regulations.

We are a large campus set in nine acres of urban woodland and the learning spaces incorporate state of the art ICT, media and performance spaces.  This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and creative individual to play a crucial role in the Academy and be part of the Co-op Academies Trust, judged as one of the top performing multi-academy Trusts in the country. Co-op Academy North Manchester is a secondary school based in Blackley. We are extremely ambitious for our pupils and work hard to ensure that they leave the Academy equipped to lead happy and successful lives.
