Boston College is looking to recruit a Catering Manager who can provide a high quality, customer focused and cost effective refectory service to our staff and students. Duties will include preparing and cooking food, staff supervision, stock purchase and control.

Salary: £15,920 - £16,533 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience
Hours: Based on working 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year. Monday – Friday 8.00 am – 4.00 pm (flexibility and in particular earlier starts may be required for staff cover)

The ideal candidate must have previous experience of delivering a Catering service, preferably a high volume service. They will also need to have a Level 2 qualification in Catering (or equivalent) and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. It would be preferable to hold a Level 3 qualification in Catering (or equivalent).
