We are currently recruiting for a Catering Manager to head up this established team and lead the department in this busy environment. With a fully fresh food offering, the Catering Manager will be responsible for the daily running of the catering department, organising hospitality along with managing all diligence documentation.
The ideal candidate will have experience of a volume driven environment and will have strong people management skills. The successful candidate should have recent experience of being a Chef Manager as this role will include elements of food production and menu management.
You should hold a relevant catering and management qualification with demonstrable evidence of continual professional development.
