Catholic Senior Executive Leader (CSEL) – CEO-Level Role
The newly formed Pope Francis Catholic Multi Academy Company (along with Dominic Barberi MAC) is the family of Catholic schools in Oxfordshire, who work together to promote the teaching of Christ and the Catholic faith.
The CSEL will bring together under their leadership senior leaders within the constituent schools and establish an executive leadership team to support and inform the implementation of strategic developments.
The successful candidate will also be someone who will inspire and empower others to share in achieving continued success for all our children. A sense of community will be a defining feature of the MAC. The communities which we serve cover the full range of social demographics, and each have their own challenges and opportunities.
We expect our CSEL to be able to successfully provide fully inclusive support and progressive learning opportunities to ensure our children, our families and our parishes and communities can flourish. Whilst the successful candidate may come from a sector other than education, they will have a proven track record of exceptional achievement as a strategic leader.
To do this, we have the highest ambitions to get the best from ourselves and others. Together we work hard and aim high. In return we are dedicated to developing all our pupils into successful, ambitious and compassionate future leaders by securing the very best outcomes for all both in terms of their qualifications as well as providing wider opportunities for them to develop as rounded and confident young people.
