This unique and exciting position will require you to lead a dedicated headship team to develop a passion for working collaboratively across all trust schools.

As the Catholic Schools’ Executive Leader (CSEL) you will be responsible for the performance of all the schools within the Trust, instilling the vision and ethos of the Trust throughout the organisation. The role will also act as the Accounting Officer as required under the Academy Trust Handbook.

We are seeking a collaborative engaging CSEL who will grow and develop along with the Trust and the Trust Board as we expand and shape our vision.

There will be opportunities for on-going CPD as appropriate and support is available through regular Diocesan meetings and an annual CES conference.
