Sidney Stringer Multi-Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an exceptional CEO/Executive Principal to lead our collaborative family of academies through the next phase of development.

The Trust are now looking for a CEO/Executive Principal, due to the retirement of the present CEO, sharing the values and ethos of Sidney Stringer Multi-Academy Trust and our commitment to continuous improvement of positive outcomes for all our students to help them achieve their potential. The MAT has Primary, Secondary and a Special school and there is a strong partnership between the schools. Three of the schools have been judged as outstanding by Ofsted and one as good. The priority for the successful applicant will be to help support the journey from Requires Improvement to good for Radford Primary.

Applicants for the post will be able to evidence experience of operating at a senior level within an education environment (at Headteacher, Principal, Executive Headteacher level) or will be from those sectors working with the education/public sector where you have a strategic knowledge of the challenges of leading complex multi-stakeholder organisations.

You will have had experience of reporting to Board members, be able to demonstrate sound financial management skills combined with the ability to build collaborative and strategic partnerships, maximising the opportunities available to the Trust. As a highly skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you will have the ability to engage credibly and successfully build, lead and further develop key relationships both within the Trust and externally, locally and nationally.

The successful candidate will be an ambitious and forward thinker, who will bring the drive, inspiration and commitment to lead the vision for the Trust and its stakeholders.
