We are investing in capacity at the centre of the organisation to support further improvements and ensure that the money invested in our Trust is used in a way that really benefits our young people's learning.

As our first CEO Operations, you will provide leadership on all corporate matters and be accountable to the Board of Trustees. You will lead on strategy and planning, ensure that systems are in place to support effective financial accountability and governance and run central support services that our schools need and want.

You will have a track record of successful leadership of corporate services across a multi-site organisation and will be equally at home working at a strategic level as with operational matters.

With highly developed interpersonal skills, you will have an empathy and a commitment to working with schools, young people and our local community.
