Founded in 1966, Round Square is a not-for-profit membership organisation which maintains and facilitates a worldwide network of 160 innovative schools across 40 countries in five continents. Each of those schools share a holistic approach to education built around the Round Square IDEALS; Internationalism, Adventure, Leadership, Democracy, Service and Environmentalism.

The Board of Trustees, under the Presidency of His Majesty King Constantine, now seek a CEO to lead Round Square through the next phase of its development. This post offers an exciting opportunity for someone of the highest calibre to lead Round Square forward from its current position of strength.

The Role:

• Responsible to the Board of Trustees for the leadership of Round Square
• Maintain and continue to grow a collaborative, mutually supportive and respectful network of schools worldwide
• Ensure Round Square operates to the highest standards, maximising impact and opportunities, managing risk and providing a genuine value proposition for its membership
• Uphold and promote the benefits of experiential learning and the six Round Square IDEALS

The Candidate:

• Proven track record of successful leadership in complex organisations, working successfully with multiple stakeholders
• Experienced operational manager with knowledge and understanding of reporting to Board level
• Internationally-minded with a genuine commitment to the values and ethos of Round Square
• First class communication skills with ability to influence others and build teams; an advocate and global ambassador able to articulate and communicate Round Square’s vision and aims
