This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the busy Catering Department of a leading co-educational boarding and day school.
We have two positions available; 1 x Senior Chef De Partie and 1 x Chef De Partie.
The Catering Department at St. Edward’s serves around 2000 meals a day over breakfast, lunch and dinner and manages a varied event calendar, which includes charity balls, boarding house dinners, fine dining, weddings and catering for sports and summer schools.
You will ensure the smooth running of these services and promote a customer focused culture within the kitchen and service areas. You will provide a presence at the service counter when required, and ensure that fresh food and the full menu choice is available throughout the service period.
If you have experience of providing large volume catering in a similar role and are NVQ 2 qualified or equivalent with basic hygiene certification or equivalent we would be delighted to hear from you.
