Bradfield College are seeking a professional, talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join the college’s kitchen brigade. This role offers an excellent work/life balance.
Our CDPs are key roles within the team, working closely with the Executive Chef and Head Chef to deliver exceptional food on a daily basis. This is not school dinners; you will be working with a highly experienced brigade with experience of working in some of the UK’s best hotels and hospitality venues.
Your responsibilities will include:
- The daily operation and food production of our core service, with a typical combined service of 1800 covers a day. (Breakfast 400, Lunch 800, Dinner 600).
- Involvement with menu planning and innovation
- Involvement in both term time production and also extensive out of term time catered events such as weddings and residential lettings business.
The successful candidate will hold formal Chef qualifications and experience in similar roles with a quality background gained from working in high end hotel and restaurant sectors along with experience of volume gained from areas such as, sports hospitality, private dining, banqueting or large outdoor events.
