Chemistry Teacher (with Biology or Physics at N5 level)

Required for August 2023. From 80% -- fulltime depending on qualifications and experience.

Fulltime salary £29,471.16.

Edinburgh Steiner School is seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to teach as part of our small but successful Upper School science department. Core duties would include the teaching of Chemistry SQA National Courses, Biology or Physics at National 5 level, and non-exam courses known as ‘main lessons.’ Teaching hours might be supplemented by teaching maths and/or IT.

Knowledge and experience of Steiner/Waldorf education would be an advantage but is not essential. Applicants must be registered with the General Teaching Council for Scotland, or eligible for registration by August 2023.
