Do you have what it takes to make a truly global impact?
Join a company that is changing the landscape of education…

GEMS Education is one of the leading and fastest growing education companies in the world. Every day we have the privilege of educating over 190,000 students from over 176 countries through GEMS owned and managed schools globally. Over 270,000 students access resources through our services division, and we will impact 20 million students by 2020 through the initiatives of our Charity Partner, the Varkey Foundation. With over 80 schools across the globe offering the International Baccalaureate, the American Curriculum, Indian Curriculums (CBSE and ICSE), and the National Curriculum for England, we believe that a quality education is about ‘preparing for life’. The GEMS approach to learning is one which focuses not only on academic excellence but also in helping students develop their character, creativity, values, personal leadership and the spirit of enterprise necessary for them to achieve their full potential as global citizens and leaders of the future.

Over the next couple of years GEMS Education will be opening up new schools in existing regions and growing the education services offered in new regions around the world, including Africa, the Far East and further expansion in the Middle East.

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from high quality education professionals who could contribute to this growth as a regional Chief Education Officer or Head of Education. You would be involved in providing strategic direction on all education policy, practices and systems in a region as well developing Public Private Partnership and teacher training, development and leadership initiatives.

This is an unrivalled opportunity to join an inspiring company that delivers exceptional education across its large network of schools. You will be part of a dedicated team of likeminded individuals who are creative and innovative and are willing to collaborate and share best practice across our regions for the benefit of all students and their families.
