Established in 1989, the Landau Forte Charitable Trust operates 6 Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form Academies across the Midlands, 2 based in Derbyshire and 4 in Tamworth, Staffordshire. The Trust’s vision is to significantly contribute to the systematic improvement of education in England through their Academies by further raising the performance, hopes, aspirations and ambition of students, their families and local communities.

The Trustees are seeking an inspirational colleague who can build on the internal strengths, develop further capacity for school improvement and lead the Executive Team forward, to bring the aspirations of the Trust into reality, as their CEO.

It is vital that the new CEO leads by example and adheres to the Trust’s stated values and principles.

This is a post for an experienced and credible school leader or leader of a group of schools. You must have a track record of educational and leadership success and understand the distinction between leading a school, and leading leaders of schools, with and through an Executive Team.
