St Christopher’s Multi Academy Trust is founded in the values of compassion, service and leadership strength embedded in the Christian faith. The Trust was created and developed within the Diocese of Exeter in 2013 to drive forward standards in Devon and it is presently organised as a Primary Trust of fifteen academies and a single academy Secondary Trust. An interim CEO has been in place since November 2016.

The position requires a person of stamina with proven operational and strategic leadership and management experience. We are seeking a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to strengthen partnerships and a strong commitment to our values. There is much to be done but there is a strong corporate vision to embed outstanding practices in all that we do.

Starting salary £80k - £85 by negotiation, depending on experience and including performance pay

Interviews are scheduled to be held in Exeter on Tuesday 14th March and Wednesday 15th March 2017.
