Following an intense and exciting first 18 months, which has seen the Trust created and quickly admit six schools, the Diocese of St Albans Multi-Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an inspirational CEO to lead it into the next phase of its development. Coming from the business, charity or educational sector our new CEO will have the capacity, skills and experience to develop and grow the Trust recruiting good or outstanding Church of England schools.

Demonstrating high levels of personal integrity and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills this is a superb opportunity to work with over 350 staff across the Trust to make a difference to the lives of 2400 children and young people delivering an education underpinned by a clear Christian vision.
