Larwood Academy Trust was founded in 2016 and currently comprises one primary and one secondary SEMH school, with 150 pupils and 88 staff colleagues. This is an exciting time to join us at Larwood Academy Trust as we build on past success and help shape and improve the future of special needs children in our community. 

If successful, your key priorities would be:

o to provide effective strategic leadership of our Trust and its academies in line with the Vision and Ethos of the Trust;

o to be a trusted and visible ambassador for our Trust, both internally with its key stakeholders, and externally with organisations such as the DfE, LEA, ESFA, parents and other interested groups; 

o to inspire educational excellence and demonstrate high levels of integrity, in collaboration with Trustees and senior leadership teams;

o to ensure that there is a strong focus on the wellbeing and professional growth of colleagues, so that the best possible education is being delivered to our pupils,  whilst ensuring our colleagues remain happy, motivated and engaged in school life.
