The Inspire Partnership, based in Greenwich and Medway, is seeking a high profile, experienced, dynamic and corporately focused Chief Financial and Operations Officer to join our multi academy trust. 

We are a Multi Academy Trust which currently has 4 primary schools situated in Greenwich and Medway with ambitions to expand further.  We serve diverse, aspirant communities of learners and this role is a critical appointment as our Trust grows and we continue to expand our operations. We have a track record of excellence and a national reputation for sustainable school improvement. 

Motivated and with proven experience, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for all aspects of the Trust’s finance and estates/facilities. You will be expected to make a direct contribution to defining strategic priorities that will shape the future of the Trust.

You will create robust budgets and forecasts, provide analysis and insight to support decision making, lead and support key projects, be experienced in bid writing and ensure financial records meet compliance standards. 

To be successful you will need a proven record of delivery at a strategic financial level, coupled with a track record in developing high performing teams and individuals. You should have advanced analytical and problem solving skills and be able to engage and communicate with Directors, Trustees, staff and the wider community through excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As a strategic, yet approachable leader, the successful candidate will need to have outstanding financial leadership skills and be able to work in a positive and proactive way at all levels of our Trust.
