RWST (Richmond West Schools Trust) a new Trust, is seeking an experienced and inspirational individual to provide strategic leadership of all core business functions including Finance, HR, Compliance, IT, Administration, Procurement, Marketing & Communications, Public Relations, Health and Safety, Governance and Premises across the Trust at this exciting phase in its development. 

The Chief Operating Officer post is a new role and the successful applicant will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering a vision for high quality business services across RWST, working in collaboration with the Executive Headteachers to bring together both educational and business related activities whilst supporting the objectives and aims of the Trust. The post holder will be expected to provide assurance to the Executive Headteachers and Board on all business matters and also deputise for the Executive Headteachers as required. Candidates will be expected to currently hold or have prior experience of a senior leadership role, be able demonstrate personal resilience and have a successful track record of delivery of high quality business services.  Full time and part time applicants will be considered.
