Class Teachers x2
Full Time appointment for September 2021
Great Ouse Primary Academy is situated in Bedford and we work closely with all of our local families. We continually strive to provide the best education for our pupils so they become resilient and independent with the key skills needed to become successful citizens of the 21st Century.
In addition, Great Ouse Primary Academy is part of the very successful Sharnbrook Academy Federation (SAF). This is a multi-academy trust made up of five excellent member academies, which has a commitment to excellence in education and puts student progress at heart of all it does. SAF has an outstanding reputation and provides a strong support network and a variety of opportunities for staff in each of its academies.
These are exciting opportunities for two outstanding classroom practitioners to most likely teach in Y3 and Y5 who have excellent knowledge and understanding of the curriculum. You must be able to demonstrate commitment and passion for education through raising standards and introducing new initiatives including planning and delivering the outstanding learning opportunities for our children. The successful candidates will closely liaise with all staff, parents and outside agencies to ensure best outcomes for all children.
Positivity and a sense of humour are essential alongside expert knowledge of the Primary curriculum, resilience, creativity, commitment and professionalism. We would like you to be able to foster a nurturing learning environment where there are high expectations for all children and to be committed to your own professional development and continuing to grow within your role.
We encourage enthusiastic and motivational candidates, including NQT’s who share a genuine passion to the posts to apply.
Sharnbrook Academy Federation is committed to the continuous professional development of all staff, working in collaboration and sharing best practice.
