We are now seeking to appoint creative, energetic and enthusiastic teachers to join our hard working and dedicated staff team to ensure all our children fulfill their potential. The successful candidates will be committed to supporting children to the achieve the very best they can through an engaging, creative curriculum. 

This is a great opportunity for an NQT, middle leader, or senior leader looking to start or develop their career in a school within a flourishing Multi Academy Trust. 

The successful candidate will be prepared to work hard and respond positively to the challenges of day to day school life. They will be innovative and creative in their teaching and have a strong belief in team work with the ability to work collaboratively to share good practice. 

Hillcroft Primary School is part of a small cluster of schools, part of GLF, within the Caterham area. Hillcroft Primary School and Nursery serves a residential area in the centre of Caterham on the Hill. All staff and Governors at Hillcroft Primary School share the school vision and are all involved in realising this vision in their day to day practice.
