Job overview
Sanderson’s Wynd Primary School currently has 14 classes, P1 – P7 and 2 classes in The Hub, ELC provision for pupils with severe and complex needs. The school has a 60:60 place nursery which supports 8 pupils with severe and complex needs. There is also provision for up to 4 children aged 2 years. An After School Club, Wraparound Care, Home Start and a community wing are on site.
An interest in working with children with Autism would be an advantage when applying for this position as many of our pupils have a diagnosis of autism as well as their severe and complex needs. We welcome visits to the Hub by appointment and would be happy to spend time talking about the proposed organisation for the coming academic year.
