Fixed-term contract for one year in the first instance with a view to extension.

Kingsley is an outstanding (Ofsted June 2014) maintained special school for pupils from 11-19 with PMLD/SLD/MDVI and autism. It benefits from excellent staffing ratios, small class sizes and a highly personalised approach to learning.  

We are seeking to appoint 2 class teachers, ideally from September 2017 (January 2018 considered).   

A background in creative arts welcome but not essential; experience working with ASD and/or PMLD desirable. In addition to the class teacher role there is a the possibility of a TLR as we re-shape our leadership model.
