Class Teacher (incl. ECT/NQT)

As a school we want the very best for our children and that means supporting our teachers to be the best they can be. We are fully committed to the new Early Careers Framework and supporting our staff throughout the first 2 years of induction. We are registered with the Thames South Teaching School Hub who will be delivering the full induction program from the UCL Institute of Education. All ECTs will be fully supported with release time, a mentor and a tutor, both of whom will have undergone training to support and coach ECTs.Vacancies exist for roles in KS1 and KS2 and are suitable for newly qualified teachers embarking on their first role as well as experienced staff. Alongside a caring and highly experienced year group partner you will be supported by a phase leader with a proven track record of developing staff and improving outcomes for pupils.
