Bedelsford is a Special School graded 'outstanding' situated in the heart of Kingston providing education for pupils with complex learning difficulties and disabilities including those with profound and multiple learning difficulties, severe learning difficulties, physical difficulties and complex medical needs.

The Orchard Hill College Academy Trust (OHCAT) is a multi-academy trust which became sponsors of Bedelsford School from 1st April 2016. The Trust is a specialist provider with a strong track record in contributing to improving the education offer for pupils/students with SEN in particular.

In order to accommodate our increasing pupil numbers we are seeking a new class teacher ideally from September 2017.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an enthusiastic qualified teacher.
  • Has expertise, experience of, or a strong interest in educating children with special educational needs.
  • Has the ability to inspire and develop pupils to achieve their full potential.
  • Has excellent classroom management skills.
