Class Teacher (KS2)

Headley Park Primary School has a full- time and permanent vacancy for an outstanding class teacher to join our team from September 2018. Headley Park is a happy, dynamic and successful school with a strong sense of community. We are part of the newly-established Cathedral Schools Trust, so we benefit from working closely with a number of excellent schools across the city. We offer a friendly and dedicated staff team, supportive parents and governors and absolutely delightful children who behave well and are eager to learn. We have a strong track record in both supporting NQTs and developing leadership potential. 

We are looking for an outstanding teacher who:

· is passionate and enthusiastic about teaching Upper Key Stage 2

· is a reflective learner and constantly seeks to adapt and improve to meet changing demands

· has a thorough understanding of the KS2 curriculum and statutory assessment requirements

· is aspirational and has very high expectations;

· is driven to ensure the school develops and maintains exemplary practice 

· has excellent behaviour management strategies 

· is committed to the principles of growth mindset and ‘Learning without Limits’ – raising aspirations and offering all children the opportunity to shine and achieve
